The long-awaited training of Team Resource Management (TRM) has been held in the period from 1st November 2021 until 09th December 2021. All air traffic controllers of BHANSA, 143 in total, have participated there.
Team resource management is an EUROCONTROL concept for operational staff that aims to reduce the impact of errors resulting from teamwork within the ATM system, to develop positive attitudes towards teamwork skills and human performance in the ATC, in order to reduce the number and impact of errors related to the teamwork within the ATM system.
This year, the session facilitators selected the following modules: "Teamwork" and "Situation Awareness" as topics for discussion. Through interesting and dynamic discussions, air traffic controllers had the opportunity to get to know the work of colleagues from other centers in BiH, and to identify problems they encounter in their daily work routine, as well as to share experiences of good and useful ways of working of their collectives.
