"Radiotelephone communication in BiH" has been published

On the date 24th September, 2020. changes related to the use of languages, which are in official use in Bosnia and Herzegovina, have been published in the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP). 

Languages, which are in official use in BiH will be able to be used in the area of competence of ATSs Banja Luka, Mostar, Sarajevo and Tuzla and FIS BiH too.

"Radiotelephone communication in BiH", approved by the BHDCA, has been published in the Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AIC A 005/2020). You can download it here and on the folllowing site https://eaip.bhansa.gov.ba/

Listed changes in the AIP BiH, as well as  "Radiotelephone communication in BiH", enter into force on 05th November, 2020. 

In this way, the provisions of the Aviation Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH" number: 39/09 and 25/18) were fully implemented, which stipulates that languages, which are in official use in BiH and / or English may be used in voice communication in the airspace of BiH. 

For the purpose of the correct use of "radiotelephone communications in BiH", the users of the airspace of Bosnia and Herzegovina are invited to study it, by the beginning of its application on 05th November, 2020. and it shall be part of the training program for new aviation personnel.
