On the basis of Article 52. paragraph (7) of the Public Procurement Law ("Official Gazette of BiH", number: 39/14 and 59/22 - hereinafter: the Law), Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency - as the Contracting Authority informs that there are entities with which the representative of the contracting authority, or persons related to him, have a conflict of interest, as follows:

„Alfa Inženjering d.o.o“
„Eko Rem d.o.o“
and which was established on the basis of the statements that were collected and given in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (6) of the mentioned Article of the Law.
