In accordance with Article 28, paragraph (4) of the Law on Public Procurement ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 39/14), the Agency for Provision of Air Navigation Services of Bosnia and Herzegovina, publishes information:
In accordance with Article 21, item a) of the Law on Public Procurement ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 39/14), the Agency for Provision of Air Navigation Services of Bosnia and Herzegovina conducts a negotiation procedure without publishing a notice on the procurement of communication line connecting BHANSA and Austrocontrol, and BHANSA and GroupEAD for the need of AMHS and EAD data transmission.
The invitation for submission of the request for participation can be taken over in the premises of the Agency for Provision of Services in Air Navigation of BiH on the basis of the request for taking over the Invitation for submission of the request for participation.
