A meeting was held on the topic "SLA-Service Level Agreement"

Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) together with the Directorate for Civil Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHDCA) held a meeting with representatives of the state and both entity levels on the topic "SLA-Service Level Agreement", on February 7th 2023.

In addition to representatives of BHANSA and BHDCA, representatives of the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Republic of Srpska.

BHANSA presented the organization of BHANSA, the mandate for provision of aviation information services and by-laws that regulate the issue of concluding agreements on the level of service with all sources of aviation data and information to the aeronautical information service provider, the obligation to submit raw data by the aeronautical data and information source and the obligation of aviation information service providers to propose BHDCA sources of aeronautical data and information for publication through Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), NOTAM and Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC).

Representatives of the institutions, as potential sources of aeronautical data and information, in a constructive discussion highlighted the importance, jurisdiction in their fields, and the reasons by which they perceive the need to sign or not sign appropriate agreements (not performing certain activities prescribed by documents in the field of civil aviation).

The goal of the meeting was achieved, awareness was raised about the existence of BHANSA, our mutual acquaintance and recognition of possible joint cooperation, which are primarily important for raising the level of safety in air navigation in the sky of Bosnia and Herzegovina

There remains an obligation to continue joint cooperation with the aim of finalizing the agreement, determining sets of static and dynamic data for each institution individually, determining potential sources of aeronautical data and information, and all with the aim of concluding the agreement by the highest managerial level.
