Notice to parties
With regard to the declared state of natural and other disasters due to coronavirus (COVID 19), Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) will not receive parties until further notice.
In accordance with the recommendation of the competent institutions regarding the emergence of COVID-19, in order to prevent the spread of contagion, all business meetings at BHANSA will be held only if necessary for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of civil air navigation. The parties are referred for communication by e-mail and telephone.
The temporary rules for the delivery in general and delivery of submissions are being introduced. BHANSA will receive all requests, submissions, letters and inquiries by e-mail or post, and will submit all official documents (resolutions, letters, conclusions, permissions) to the parties exclusively by post to the home address.
If you are submitting the documentation by e-mail, please scan all supporting documentation, attach it in an e-mail, and save the originals of the submitted documents. In case of any deficiencies in the requirements you will be notified by e-mail and telephone.
For the purpose of unimpeded delivery, please indicate in the shipment or e-mail the exact address to which you would like to be delivered.
