By running activities on establishing quality management system, including the securing of external support in the process of development and implementation of quality standards and continuous improvement of business processes, BHANSA confirms its commitment to fully and continually satisfy customers’ requirements. The structure of the quality management system is adapted to BHANSA’s internal structure in order to meet the requirements of quality management standards proscribed by ISO 9001.

In that regard, special attention is paid to:

• documenting of all business processes that can affect the quality and safety of services and their effective implementation

• defining and monitoring of the objectives

• improving the process of ensuring the effective functioning of the system

• periodical reviewing of established quality management systems
